管道的超声导波检测试验
Ultrasonic Guided Wave Testing Trials for Pipes

摘要: 介绍了基于斜面入射转换原理的超声导波检测方法, 给出了其对不同状况管道的现场检测结果和验证分析。试验和应用结果表明, 超声换能器的设计和选择对检出缺陷有直接影响, 基于单斜换能器的超声导波技术对管道的腐蚀等缺陷具有较好的检测效果。该方法对在制管道一次检测长度可达1 000 mm, 对在役管道直管部分一次检测长度可达500 mm, 对在役管道弯管部分一次检测长度可达400 mm。Abstract: An inspection method based on ultrasonic guided wave by using single incident transducer is applied to pressure pipes in service in this paper. The experimental and industrial testing results have demonstrated that the guided wave technique provides a potential approach for detecting flaws in pressure pipe line in service.
