Abstract: When the weld on thin board is examined by ultrasonic waves, the waves might be difficult to indentify due to the dead contour. It is especially difficult to the beginners. The article is to compare three types of detectors and demonstrate the possibility to solve the problem by applying the short leading edge and high frequency detector.
