Excitation of Single Mode Lamb Wave Simulation Based on Wave Structure

  • 摘要: 在中长距Lamb波检测中,研究单一模态与缺陷的作用极为重要。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS的APDL进行模块程序设计,按模态波结构的方式在有限元模型上进行位移加载,得到了单一的S0和A0模态,证明了这种加载方式的正确性和可靠性;对比分析了按激励信号带宽范围内复合频率合成波结构加载和按中心频率点波结构加载得到的波形。结果表明,在波结构变化不大的频段内,通常在频厚积<2 MHz·mm范围内,可以用中心频率点的波结构来代替带宽范围内合成的波结构进行加载。
    Abstract: It is very important to study the interaction of fundamental single mode and defects in the area of middle-range and long-rang lamb waves inspection. Modularization programs were designed to load the displacement on the FEM modal in the way of mode wave structure using the ANSYS Parameter Design language, obtained the pure single S0 and A0 mode was obtained. It proved the correctness and reliability of this method. Comparing the obtained waveform of loading the wave structure in certain range frequencies of bandwidth and in the centre frequency of excitation signal respectively, it presents that when the wave structure variety is not obvious, usually less than 2 MHz·mm in the range of fd, the wave structure of centre frequency can replace the summing wave structure of a range of frequencies .
