    T型焊接接头超声检测时探头的选择

    Probe Selection of Ultrasonic Testing During for T-Shape Welded Joints

    • 摘要: 介绍了较薄板T 型焊接接头超声检测的实践经验,其几何特点和焊接特点是:腹板、翼板不等厚,但壁厚都较薄(≤25 mm),腹板连接端不开坡口,两侧双面焊接。试验是在T型焊接接头模拟焊接试样上进行的。比较分析了两种探测布置(翼板侧和腹板侧)、三种探头(双晶直探头、单直探头和单斜探头)的探测方式和相应结果。经过对比试验发现,双晶直探头对未焊透检测灵敏度最高,横波斜探头次之,单晶直探头最弱,横波斜探头对未焊透尺寸定量检测较为精确。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the practical experience of ultrasonic testing about T-Shape Welded Joints, the geometrical and welding characteristics are: the web and wing plates is of unequal thickness of less than 25mm,and the web connection being without groove but welding by both sides. The experiment is going on T joint welding specimen. By the comparison of two detection arrangement and the three probe method, it was obsrrved that double-crystal straight probe was the most sensitivity to incomplete penetration weld, transversal wave oblique probe the second. and single crystal straight probe the worse, transversal wave oblique probe is more accurate to quantitatively detect the size of incomplete-penetration weld.
