    内窥涡流集成化原位无损检测

    In Situ Nondestructive Testing to Integrate Endoscopy and Eddy Current Testing

    • 摘要: 单一的无损检测方法对于复杂的检测对象很难实现原位检测。提出了一种内窥涡流集成化无损检测的新方法,采用虚拟仪器技术设计并实现了该内窥涡流集成化检测系统的硬件和软件。利用该检测系统对某型航空发动机篦齿盘裂纹缺陷进行了原位检测。结果表明,集成化内窥涡流系统完全可以实现复杂金属结构的原位无损检测,具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In situ testing need not to disassemble equipment and structures. So it can save time and prevent from the breakdown and damage resulted from disassembly. In situ testing can be difficult for complicated object using single nondestructive testing method. It is an important approach to integrate several nondestructive testing methods. A new method to integrate endoscopy and eddy current testing was proposed. The hardware and software of the system to integrate endoscopy and eddy current testing was designed and achieved using virtual instrument. The crack of aeroengine labyrinth disc was detected in situ using this system. Testing results show that nondestructive testing to integrate endoscopy and eddy current testing can completely realize crack detection in situ for complicated metallic structures. This makes the method have the broad application foreground.
