    超声相控阵技术检测蜂窝复合材料案例

    Honeycomb Structure Composite Inspection With Ultrasound Phased-Array Technology

    • 摘要: 随着蜂窝复合材料在航空航天领域的广泛应用,其无损检测的要求也越来越高。常规超声检测技术不仅速度慢而且分析困难。超声相控阵技术采用电子扫查,检测速度大大提升,再配合C扫描视图,可以使缺陷的分析变得简单。文章介绍了采用超声相控阵技术检测碳纤维蒙皮铝蜂窝工件、带涂层以及不带涂层的碳纤维蒙皮纸蜂窝工件的三个检测案例。从检测结果可以得出,超声相控阵技术可以有效检测蜂窝复合材料的内部脱粘缺陷,具有很好的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: As honeycomb, structure composites are more and more widely used in aerospace industry, the nondestructive testing also demands higher requirements. But conventional ultrasound inspection has a slow scanning speed and is hard to analyze the result. By comparison, phased-array inspection uses electronic scanning mode that enhances the scanning speed greatly, and with C-scan, it makes the analysis of the results much easier. Three cases using phased ultrasonic testing technique to detect the different types of honeycomb-structure composite pieces were introduced. Testing results showed that phased array ultrasonic technique could effectively detect the defect of lack-glue, and has a good application prospect in this field.
