    核设备不锈钢堆焊层下裂纹超声波检测技术

    Ultrasonic Examination Research of Cracks Under Stainless Steel Cladding for Nuclear Components

    • 摘要: 主要研究了奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层结构的特性及对超声波检验的影响。通过堆焊层下裂纹超声检验技术的理论分析和试验研究,确定了核电站设备不锈钢堆焊层下裂纹的超声检验技术。研究表明,采用60°/2 MHz和70°/2 MHz双晶纵波斜探头,对堆焊层下裂纹类缺陷有较高的检出率;采用45°/4 MHz双晶纵波斜探头可有效测量堆焊层下裂纹的长度和自身高度。

       

      Abstract: Through the research for characteristic of stainless steel cladding and influence to ultrasonic examination due to the cladding, and theory analysis & experiment research for ultrasonic examination of crack under cladding, the ultrasonic examination technology under cladding is determined. TRL 60°/2 MHz and 70°/2 MHz are used for detection of crack under cladding, and TRL 45°/4 MHz is used for sizing of crack under cladding. This UT technology for detection and sizing for cracks under cladding for Nuclear Power Plant’s components is viable.
