Hardware System Design of Phasedarray Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors

摘要: 介绍了一种以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)和ARM9系列处理器为核心的工业超声相控阵硬件系统设计方案。该系统功耗低,体积小,适应工业超声相控阵探伤仪小型化的需求;通过验证试验表明:系统具有较高的检测灵敏度和图像分辨力,具有很强的实用性。Abstract: This paper describes an industrial ultrasound phasedarray hardware system design based on FPGA and ARM9. The system has low power consumption and small size, which addresses miniaturization needs for ultrasonic phasedarray flaw detectors. Furthermore the high resolution of phasedarray images is excellent for practical application.
