    超声相控阵探伤仪器硬件系统设计

    Hardware System Design of Phasedarray Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)和ARM9系列处理器为核心的工业超声相控阵硬件系统设计方案。该系统功耗低,体积小,适应工业超声相控阵探伤仪小型化的需求;通过验证试验表明:系统具有较高的检测灵敏度和图像分辨力,具有很强的实用性。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes an industrial ultrasound phasedarray hardware system design based on FPGA and ARM9. The system has low power consumption and small size, which addresses miniaturization needs for ultrasonic phasedarray flaw detectors. Furthermore the high resolution of phasedarray images is excellent for practical application.
