Application of the Integrated NDT Technique on Network in Nuclear Power Equipment Inspections

摘要: 核电工业生产的安全运行和产品的质量控制对无损检测技术要求不断提高。利用计算机网络技术实现涡流、漏磁、磁记忆和超声等实现了无损检测设备的系统集成和远程遥控, 同时研发了EEC-2008net电磁(涡流)/超声集成无损检测网络系统, 并应用于大亚湾核电站冷凝器钛管的在役检测。Abstract: With the development of the nuclear power industry, the requirements of the NDT techniques are getting more and more restrict for the production safety and the quality controls. In this paper, we presents a new integrated NDT technique based on the computer network for the remote control and the integration of many kinds of NDT equipments including eddy current, magnetic flux leakage, magnetic memory and ultrasonic. Meantime, EEC-2008net, a integrated electromagnetic (eddy current) / ultrasonic system on computer network, have been developed and introduced for the in service inspections of titanium condenser tubes in the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station.
