    基于ARM平台的巴克豪森噪声应力检测系统

    Barkhausen Noise Stress Testing System Based on ARM Platform

    • 摘要: 基于对巴克豪森噪声方法的深入研究和分析,提出了一种新型便携式巴克豪森噪声应力检测系统,并着重阐述了ARM平台的设计方案。该系统以ARM平台和DSP系统为核心,构成产生激励信号 、应力数据采集、应力数据处理和人机交互界面的总体框架。将巴克豪森噪声应力检测技术、嵌入式Linux操作系统和先进的数字信号处理等技术相结合,提供了友好便捷的人机交互界面,并且满足了巴克豪森噪声方法中信号高频采样、采样信号滤波处理等关键性能指标的要求。

       

      Abstract: This paper presented the theory of Barkhausen noise method. Based on further research and analysis of Barkhausen noise method, a new portable Barkhausen noise stress testing system was proposed. In this system, overall construction of the exciting signal generation, stress data sampling, data processing and host controller interface parts were based on ARM platform and DSP platform. Combining Barkhausen noise stress testing technology with some advanced technologies, such as embedded Linux operation system and digital signal processing, could provide a very friendly and convenient host controller interface and meet the requirements of some key performance indexes of Barkhausen noise method, such as high sampling frequency and sampling signal filtering processing. This paper mainly stated the design plan of ARM platform.
