    石油管材管端纵向和周向缺陷的超声波同步探伤组合探头

    The Combinational Probes Design of Ultrasonic Detection for the Longitudinal and Circumferential Defects in the Oil Pipe Tube-Ends

    • 摘要: 分析了石油管材管端纵向和周向超声波探伤组合探头的背景技术、理论基础、具体实施方案以及实际应用状况。采用纵波直探头和有机玻璃楔块构成可变角横波斜探头,进行纵向探伤检测,以及粘接在有机玻璃楔块上的横波斜探头进行周向探伤的组合探头,在不同位置和不同方向同时工作,一次探伤即可完成管端纵向和周向探伤。

       

      Abstract: The combinational probes of ultrasonic detection of longitudinal and circumferential flaws in the oil pipe tube side were introduced, including its technical background, theoretical basis, practical implementation and practical applications. Longitudinal-wave direct probe and variable angle transverse-wave probe using organic glass wedge were employed to proceed longitudinal and circumferential flaw detection, respectively. The combination probes can complete tube-side longitudinal and circumferential flaw detection at the same time.
