    小波分析在固体导弹发动机壳体多层界面缺陷检测中的应用

    Application of Wavelet Analysis to Ultrasonic Testing in the Solid Rocket Engine

    • 摘要: 针对固体导弹发动机壳体多层界面胶结结构的超声检测信号,应用小波变换模极大值提取特征参数的方法,用奇异性指数(Lip指数)表征脱粘缺陷信号的特征,进行发动机壳体层间缺陷的识别。试验结果表明,该方法能有效实现固体导弹发动机壳体多层界面胶结结构缺陷的分析与识别,并对其它多层胶接结构质量的缺陷定位有一定的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: For the ultrasonic testing signal of a multilayered interface structure specimen in the solid rocket engine, the Wavelet transform module maximum were used to pick-up the signal characteristic and figure out the Lip index of signal singularity. These extracted features were effective for the analysis of the multilayered interface structure and identification of the bonded properties in the solid rocket engine. It was hoped to provide considerable promise in the multilayered bonded structure testing area by ultrasonic testing.
