Application of Edge Extraction on Image Measurement of Industrial Computed Tomography

摘要: 提出一种基于边缘提取的工业CT图像几何尺寸的自动测量方法。采用一种快速全自动的图像分割算法来提取边缘,并在此边缘上实现对工件CT图像的内部结构尺寸和缺陷尺寸的自动测量。该方法已成功应用于工业CT图像处理软件中,并具有较高的精确度和重复性。Abstract: A kind of automatic dimension measuring method using industrial computed tomography(ICT) images was presented based on edge extraction. A faster automatic image-segmenting method was adopted to extract edges. And from that, the inner geometry parameters such as area, perimeter and pole could be measured automatically. The method had been successfully applied in the image processing software for ICT. The result in engineering application showed that it was higher in accuracy, better in repetition for engineering measurement.
