    基于复合励磁法的漏磁检测

    The Magnetic Flux Leakage Detection Based on Compound Excitation Method

    • 摘要: 复合励磁是利用永久磁铁和直流电磁铁共同作用的励磁方式,通过ANSYS有限元软件模拟该过程,得出缺陷处漏磁场的空间分布,并计算出磁化效果较好的磁化结构尺寸;利用复合励磁漏磁检测仪,对6,8,10mm板厚的Q235钢板,缠绕600匝线圈,依次通入电流0,2,4,6,9A,进行串联复合励磁漏磁检测,得到了通入不同电流时所能检测到的缺陷处漏磁场的峰值拟合曲线。结果表明:当通入直流电电流增大时,磁化结构的磁化能力增强,检测效果较好。

       

      Abstract: The compound excitation method is a method that combines permanent magnet and DC magnet excitation method. ANSYS finite element software is used to simulate the process defect leak and achieve the spatial distribution of the magnetic field. Using compound excitation magnetic flux leakage detector which was made of good size effect of magnetization, cascade compound excitation magnetic flux leakage testing experiments were finished for Q235 steel which was of 6, 8, 10mm, twine 600 turn coil winding, inlet the electric current I=0, 2, 4, 6, 9A in turn. The experimental results show that when dc current is increased, the ability of magnetization is enhanced and the detection effect is better. Meanwhile a fitting curve of peak leakage magnetic field of the defect with different currents is obtained.
