    管道漏磁检测系统中数据显示方法

    Data Displaying Methods in Pipeline Magnetic Flux Leakage Detection System

    • 摘要: 介绍了管道漏磁检测数据分析系统中的用于实现检测数据可视化功能的两种显示方式。第一种是曲线图,经过管道实际地理位置与显示屏幕横坐标之间的映射,然后将检测数据的大小转换为计算机显示屏幕的相应纵坐标,采用直线连接的方式作图,并且通过对漏磁数据的处理,实现了曲线图的缩放及拖动等操作,最大程度上还原了数据变化趋势,提高了数据分析人员的工作效率。第二种是扫描图,将检测数据转化为显示屏幕坐标之后,采用微矩形方式,经过插值等一系列处理将检测数据以伪彩色的形式显示出来,更加直观、精确地反映数据的变化,确保漏磁数据分析的精确度。经过实际测试,上述两种显示方法都能够直观、形象、准确地反映管道的特征信息。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes two types of displaying methods which are used to implement visualization capabilities in the magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing data analysis system. The first one is curve image which is straight line connecting plotted after the mapping between the pipe actual location and the display screen abscissa and the conversion of magnetic flux leakage data value into the corresponding vertical coordinates of the screen. The curve image also implements the scaling of the graph and drag operation by means of MFL data sampling to guarantee the exact trend of the original MFL data and to improve the efficiency of data analyst. The second one is C-Scan image which is plotted in the form of micro rectangular that is located on display screen by mapping MFL data and pipeline geographical location. It reflects the trend of MFL data acutely in pseudo color on display screen after a series of data processing that includes linear interpolation. According to test results, the two display methods can reflect the defects information of pipeline more intuitively and accurately.
