Abstract: Through investigating the weld quality problems of flushing pipe of the Three Gorges in manufacturing, installation and operation in service, it had a more comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the stainless steel sheet weld quality, which promoted improvement of stainless steel sheet welding quality and provided methods and ideas to in-service testing in the construction of the follow-up water hydropower.
