    基于固态磁场传感器的脉冲涡流检测铁磁性构件腐蚀缺陷

    Pulsed Eddy Current Inspection of Corrosion in Magnetic Structures Using Solid-state Magnetic Field Sensors

    • 摘要: 脉冲涡流检测技术是一种新兴的电磁无损检测技术, 该技术可用于铁磁性材料腐蚀缺陷的检测和评估。目前国内外铁磁性材料腐蚀缺陷的脉冲涡流检测多采用盘式检出线圈拾取感应电压信号, 但对采用固态磁场传感器拾取磁场信号的分析尚存不足。通过解析建模仿真和试验发现, 与传统感应电压信号相比, 磁场信号对铁磁性构件腐蚀缺陷深度的响应更为灵敏, 有利于铁磁性构件腐蚀缺陷检出率和评估精度的提升。

       

      Abstract: As one of the advanced electromagnetic nondestructive evaluation techniques, Pulsed Eddy Current Testing (PECT) has been found applicable for detection and evaluation of corrosion in magnetic structures. Pancake induction coils are currently preferred for signal acquisition during PECT of magnetic structures. In this paper, the solid-state magnetic field sensor is intensively investigated regarding field sensing and acquisition of PECT signals. Through simulations and experiments, it has been found that compared with the Electromotive Force (EMF) signals acquired by using pancake induction coils, magnetic field signals picked up by solid-state magnetic field sensors have higher sensitivity to corrosion, which enhances the possibility of detection and accuracy of quantification of corrosion in magnetic structures.
