    基于Z-map理论的曲面超声自动检测轨迹生成

    Automated Ultrasonic Scanning Trajectory Generation of Surface Based on Z-map

    • 摘要: 针对在工件表面CAD模型未知的情况下对工件进行超声波自动化检测时,超声探头很难与检测工件表面的外法线对准,而且难以实现轨迹的规划,检测精度低。为此,提出基于扫描线的网格划分方法对曲面进行重建,通过Z-map 模型非参数化网格化点位数据,实现了扫描点坐标及其法向矢量的提取,进而实现超声探头自动检测轨迹的生成。最后对模型进行了试验验证。

       

      Abstract: In the ultrasonic scan of workpiece surface, the ultrasonic probe is difficult to target with the detection surface. It is difficult to achieve in the planning of the track. The accuracy of the detection is low. This paper presents using meshing method to reconstruct surface based on the scan line. Its normal vector of scan point is based on non-parametric meshing point data of Z-map model. The automated inspection trajectory generation of ultrasound probe achieved. Finally, the model is verified by experiments.
