Abstract: Since the DDA cannot attach the welding seam closely as film, the image is geometrical enlarged as compared with the welding seam. This article summarized a series of examination to research the effect of geometrical enlargement on image resolution ratio and image sensitivity .The parameter shall be carefully defined to control the image enlargement ratio.
