Abstract: This paper studied the evaluation of eddy current inspection technology for nuclear power plant steam generator tubes using CIVA simulation. It conducted CIVA eddy current inspection simulation on several typical artificial discontinuities of calibration tube which served in the ET inspection of steam generator tubes, to test and verify the reliability and stability of the system based on the comparison of simulation and experiment.
