    核反应堆燃料组件的无损检测和修复

    Nondestructive Inspection and Repair of Fuel Assembly in Nuclear Reactor

    • 摘要: 燃料组件主要包括压水堆燃料组件和沸水堆燃料组件,两者采用结构类似的燃料棒。在反应堆内运行时,燃料组件会发生芯块肿胀、包壳破损、氧化层堆积、板弹簧硬化、组件变形等缺陷。啜吸技术可判断燃料组件是否存在破损,超声波技术可在不拆除燃料组件的情况下鉴别其中破损的燃料棒,涡流技术可对破损燃料棒的缺陷检查和氧化膜厚度测量,坏损燃料组件进行必要修复后可以继续投入使用。

       

      Abstract: Fuel assemblies (FA) are core components in nuclear reactor,including PWR FA and BWR FA. FA can generate many defects during the lifetime in reactor, including corrosion, leakage, twist and deformation. The sipping inspection can be used to judge whether the FA is leaking or not;ultrasonic inspection can be used to locate the leaking fuel rod without dismantling the FA;eddy current technology is usually used in the inspection of the leaking fuel rod and measurement of the oxide layers. Damaged fuel assembly can be used after necessary repairing.
