    固体火箭发动机结构粘接质量的声-超声检测

    Acousto-Ultrasonic Testing for Bond Quality in Solid Rocket Motor Structure

    • 摘要: 采用声-超声方法对复合材料壳体/绝热层试件进行了检测。试验采用自适应滤波法实现了对检测信号的降噪处理。采用小波变换实现了对信号的多分辨率分析。根据不同频带上信号的能量占比, 提取了信号的特征频带。对特征频带信号采用能量积分应力波因子可检出孔洞缺陷并定性分析缺陷大小。试验验证了声-超声方法对固体火箭发动机结构粘接质量检测的有效性。

       

      Abstract: The specimen which was made up of composite shell and adiabatic layer was tested by AU technique. The noise in the tested signal was reduced by adaptive filtering, multi-resolution analysis of the signal was achieved by wavelet transform in the experiments. On the basis of the energy ratio of the signal in different frequency zones, the characteristic frequency zone of the signal was gained. The characteristic frequency zone of the signal from specimen was evaluated by energy integral stress wave factor(SWF). The porosity-type defect was found effectively, and the size of defect could be evaluated qualitatively. The validity of AU test for bond quality of SRM structure is approved in the experiments.
