Cable Detection Based on X-Ray Digital Imaging System

摘要: 大桥缆索的包覆层较厚, 应用超声和漏磁方法在线检测其腐蚀和断丝时, 难以克服检测效率低和提离效应的影响。针对该局限性, 基于X射线数字成像技术, 利用X射线数字探伤仪沿缆索周向等分采集多幅图像。用MATLAB语言编程处理试验图像, 研究了缆索图像的预处理技术, 得到了腐蚀缺陷的识别、提取、腐蚀面积计算的方法, 确定了缺陷的大小和位置。Abstract: The coating of the bridge cable is a bit thick. It is difficult to overcome the shortcomings of low efficiency and lift-off effect while applying the methods of ultrasound and magnetic flux leakage to detect the corrosion and fracture on line. Aimed to overcome the limitation of the present technology, a detection method based on X-ray digital imaging technology was put forward. It made use of X-ray digital detector to acquire images along the cable. By programming with MATLAB software, the algorithms of X-ray image pre-processing were studied. It calculated the size and location of the defect by the methods of identification, extraction and area size of corrosion defect.
