    高压气瓶不拆卸情况下的安全性能检测

    Nondismantling inspection of safety performance of high-pressure gas cylinders

    • 摘要: 针对高压气瓶拆卸检验模式操作复杂、易损气瓶的问题,采用高频导波检测、数字射线成像检测、自动超声测厚与探伤检测、阵列涡流检测、声发射检测等无损检测技术,对气瓶开展不拆卸情况下的安全性能检测试验。通过试验,明确了不拆卸检测技术的可行性、准确性及适用范围,提出的检测方法可有效识别气瓶潜在隐患,为保障气瓶安全使用、降低事故风险提供了技术支撑,对提升高压气瓶完整性管理水平具有工程参考价值。

       

      Abstract: To address the problems of complex operation and vulnerability of high-pressure gas cylinders during disassembly inspection, nondestructive testing techniques such as high-frequency guided wave testing, digital radiography, automatic ultrasonic thickness measurement and flaw detection, array eddy current testing, and acoustic emission testing were used to conduct safety performance tests on cylinders without disassembly. Through experiments, the feasibility, accuracy, and application scope of non-dismantling inspection technology were clarified. The proposed inspection method could effectively identify potential hazards of cylinders, providing technical support for ensuring the safe use of cylinders and reducing accident risks. It had engineering reference value for improving the integrity management level of high-pressure gas cylinders.
