    基于X射线数字图像处理的板型燃料元件芯体定位方法

    Localization method for plate-type fuel element core body based on X-ray digital image processing

    • 摘要: 板型燃料元件是反应堆的关键部件,而芯体在成品燃料板中的相对位置对反应堆的安全性能和运行效率至关重要。以往的板型燃料元件加工主要依赖人工划线的方式,存在加工误差大、表面出现划伤和效率低等问题。为提高其检测、加工精度和效率,提出了一种基于X射线图像处理的板型燃料元件芯体定位检测一体化的方法,开发了配套的数字图像处理算法,实现了芯体区域的自动识别和准确定位。试验结果表明,该系统在满足检测精度要求的前提下有效提高了生产检测效率,为板型燃料元件智能制造提供了可靠的解决方案。

       

      Abstract: Plate-type nuclear fuel elements are critical components of a reactor, while the relative position of the core body in the finished nuclear fuel plates is crucial for the safety performance and operational efficiency of the reactor. Traditional processing of nuclear fuel elements relies heavily on manual lining, which leads to significant processing errors, surface scratches, and low efficiency. To improve detection and processing accuracy and efficiency, this paper proposed a method integrating the positioning and inspection of plate-type fuel element cores based on X-ray image processing, had developed supporting digital image processing algorithms to achieve automatic recognition and precise localization of core regions. Experimental results showed this system effectively enhanced production detection efficiency while maintaining the required detection precision.
