    核电厂SEK系统衬塑管道腐蚀检测与评估

    Corrosion detection and evaluation of plastic-lined pipeline in the SEK system of nuclear power plants

    • 摘要: 在核电厂的长期运行中,确保固体废液处理系统(SEK)衬塑管道结构的完整性对于保障整个机组的安全至关重要。采用一种多模态融合的检测技术,结合了压电陶瓷低频超声导波检测与相控阵超声检测技术,对碳钢衬塑管道基体腐蚀情况进行检测与评估,从而间接评估管道衬塑的基本状态。对某核电厂衬塑管道进行检测应用,首先,通过压电陶瓷低频超声导波检测确定碳钢管道的腐蚀区域;其次,使用相控阵超声技术对该区域进行检测;然后,通过相控阵超声C扫图和区域最小壁厚判断管道基体和衬塑的基本状态;最后,根据相关标准对碳钢管道进行评估。试验结果表明,该技术对于衬塑管道的腐蚀检测具有有效性,可为核电厂衬塑管道的安全服役提供有力支撑。

       

      Abstract: In the long-term operation of nuclear power plants, ensuring the integrity of the plastic-lined pipe structure of SEK system is crucial for guaranteeing the safety of the entire unit. This study adopted a multimodal fusion detection technology, combining piezoelectric ceramic low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave detection and ultrasonic phased array detection technology, to detect and evaluate the corrosion condition of the carbon steel plastic-lined pipe base, thereby indirectly assessing the basic state of the pipe plastic-lined. In the actual case of a certain nuclear power plant, the corrosion area of the carbon steel pipeline was first determined through the low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave detection of piezoelectric ceramics. Then, the ultrasonic phased array technology was used to detect this area. Next, the basic state of the pipeline matrix and the plastic lining was judged through the C-scan of the ultrasonic phased array and the minimum wall thickness of the area. Finally, the carbon steel pipeline was evaluated in accordance with relevant standards. The application of this technology proved its effectiveness in detecting the corrosion of plastic-lined pipes, providing strong support for the safe service of plastic-lined pipes in nuclear power plants.
