    基于在线声发射检测的原油储罐罐底板评估

    Evaluation of bottom plate of crude oil storage tank based on on-line acoustic emission detection

    • 摘要: 罐底板为原油储罐主要风险部位之一,针对罐底板难以定期按批次开罐检验的问题,结合在线声发射检测对罐底板进行评估。结果表明,罐底板上/下表面主要损伤模式分别为沉积水腐蚀/土壤腐蚀。在线声发射检测可以在不开罐条件下反映罐底板的腐蚀状态,通过引入声发射检测修正系数,对罐底板失效概率进行修正,建立声发射检测结果与罐底板风险的关系。利用此方法对某油库6台原油储罐进行评估,实现同批次储罐罐底板风险结果差异化评估,在储罐风险可控前提下,拟定每年开罐检验2台。

       

      Abstract: The tank bottom plate is one of the main risk areas of crude oil storage tanks. Addressing the difficulty of regular batch open-tank inspection for tank bottom plates, online acoustic emission testing was combined to evaluate the tank bottom plates. The results showed that the main damage modes on the upper/lower surfaces of the tank bottom plate were sediment water corrosion/soil corrosion, respectively. Online acoustic emission testing could reflect the corrosion state of the tank bottom plate without opening the tank. By introducing an acoustic emission testing correction coefficient, the failure probability of the tank bottom plate could be corrected, and the relationship between acoustic emission testing results and tank bottom plate risk could be established. Using this method, six crude oil storage tanks in an oil depot were evaluated, achieving differentiated risk assessment of tank bottom plates for tanks in the same batch. Under the premise of controllable tank risk, it was planned to open and inspect two tanks annually.
