    显像时间对钛合金铸件荧光渗透检测中缺陷识别的影响

    Effect of development time on defect identification in fluorescent penetration inspection of titanium alloy castings

    • 摘要: 荧光渗透检测作为一种非破坏性的无损检测技术,在钛合金铸件缺陷检测领域得到了广泛应用。然而,显像时间作为荧光渗透检测的关键参数之一,其对检测结果的影响尚未得到充分研究。以钛合金铸件为研究对象,深入探讨了显像时间对荧光渗透检测效果的影响。首先采用控制变量的方法,在荧光渗透检测系统各参数满足标准要求的前提下,系统地研究了显像时间对荧光渗透检测结果的影响;然后改变显像时间,观察并记录了铸件检测结果的变化。通过对试验数据的分析,确定了最佳的显像时间,从而提高了钛合金铸件荧光渗透检测的准确性。

       

      Abstract: As a nondestructive testing technique, fluorescent penetrant inspection has been widely applied in titanium alloy casting defect detection. However, as one of the key parameters in fluorescent penetrant inspection, the influence of development time on inspection results has not been thoroughly studied. Using titanium alloy castings as research objects, this study deeply investigated the impact of development time on fluorescent penetrant inspection effectiveness. First, under the premise that all parameters of the fluorescent penetrant inspection system met standard requirements, a control variable method was employed to systematically study development time´s influence on inspection results. Then, development time was varied to observe and record changes in casting inspection results. Through experimental data analysis, optimal development time was determined, thereby improving the accuracy of titanium alloy casting fluorescent penetrant inspection.
