    蒸汽发生器传热管磨损类缺陷深度定量优化分析

    Analysis on in-depth quantitative optimization of wear defects of heat transfer tubes in steam generators

    • 摘要: 在核电站运行过程中,蒸汽发生器的传热管会因支撑板磨损出现磨损缺陷,传统的涡流检测方法在对磨损缺陷的定量和定性分析方面存在局限性。针对这一问题,基于现场实践经验与试验论证的成果,提出了一种针对蒸汽发生器传热管磨损深度的定量评估方法。针对不同类型的磨损缺陷进行深度定量优化分析,较大提升了Bobbin探头在缺陷检测上的精度。

       

      Abstract: During the operation of a nuclear power plant, the heat transfer tubes of the steam generator will suffer from wear defects due to the wear of the support plates. However, traditional eddy current testing methods have limitations in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of wear defects. In order to solve this problem, based on the field practical experience and the results of experimental demonstration, this paper proposed a quantitative evaluation method for the wear depth of heat transfer tubes of steam generators. Through in-depth quantitative optimization research for different types of wear defects, the accuracy of Bobbin probes was greatly improved.
