    焊缝X射线检测典型缺陷图像的预处理方法分析

    Analysis on preprocessing methods for typical defect images in weld X-ray inspection

    • 摘要: 为提高焊缝X射线检测中典型缺陷的图像识别准确率,需要采用有效的图像预处理方法以提高焊缝射线检测底片的图像质量。结合焊缝缺陷特征,分析了多种滤波降噪与图像增强预处理算法,并采用主客观相结合的评价体系对预处理效果进行综合评估。试验结果表明,基于自适应中值滤波与小波变换的并行滤波算法的去噪综合表现最佳,限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化算法在图像增强方面具有显著优势,能够有效提升缺陷区域的对比度与可辨识度。

       

      Abstract: To enhance the accuracy of image recognition for typical defects in weld X-ray inspection, it is necessary to employ effective image preprocessing methods to improve the image quality of radiographic films in weld X-ray detection. By integrating the characteristics of weld defects, a variety of filtering and image enhancement preprocessing algorithms were investigated. Moreover, a comprehensive evaluation of the preprocessing effects was carried out using a combined subjective and objective evaluation system. Experimental results showed that the parallel filtering algorithm based on adaptive median filtering and wavelet transform exhibited the best overall performance in noise reduction. Meanwhile, the Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization algorithm showed significant advantages in image enhancement, effectively improving the contrast and discernibility in defect regions.
