    小直径长轴复杂内壁表面的荧光渗透检测

    Fluorescence penetrant inspection for small-diameters long shafts with complex internal surfaces

    • 摘要: 针对航空发动机小直径长轴复杂内壁表面荧光渗透检测难以实施的问题,设计制作专用检测工装、制定检测工艺,开展长轴内壁表面荧光渗透检测技术研究。制定专用检测方案,并通过试验验证,实现了长轴内壁表面的荧光渗透检测。所提检测工艺已成功应用于某型航空发动机低压涡轮轴内壁表面的检测,并可推广应用至类似零件的检测。

       

      Abstract: To address the challenges in performing fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) on complex internal surfaces of small-diameter long shafts in aero-engines, specialized inspection tooling was designed and fabricated, coupled with the development of tailored inspection procedures. Technical research on FPI for long shaft internal surfaces was conducted, resulting in a dedicated inspection scheme validated through systematic testing. This methodology had been successfully implemented for the internal surface inspection of a low-pressure turbine shaft in a specific aero-engine model, with potential applicability extended to analogous components.
