    脉冲X射线机的自主开发设计

    Autonomous development design of pulse X-ray machine

    • 摘要: 面向核工程建造领域对脉冲X射线机的需求,自主开发了脉冲X射线机,打破了国外技术垄断,实现了国产化。设计了基于反射结构的脉冲X射线管,将其与电池、高压充电模块、脉冲发生器等部件进行集成,构成脉冲X射线机并进行性能测试。测试结果表明,脉冲X射线机对钢的穿透能力基本达到了Golden XRS3型脉冲X射线机的水平。

       

      Abstract: In response to the demand for pulsed X-ray machines in the field of nuclear engineering construction, a pulsed X-ray machine was independently developed, breaking the foreign technological monopoly and achieving localization. This paper designed a pulsed X-ray tube based on a reflection structure, and integrated it with components such as batteries, high-voltage charging modules, and pulse generators to form a pulsed X-ray machine for performance testing. The test results showed that the penetration ability of the pulsed X-ray machine for steel basically reached the level of Golden XRS3.
