    不同缺陷类型的三轴漏磁信号分析

    Analysis on triaxial flux leakage signals for different defect types

    • 摘要: 基于有限元漏磁分析原理,构建了管道漏磁内检测缺陷的三轴分析模型,通过对平底孔和矩形槽两种类型缺陷的轴向、径向和周向3个方向的漏磁信号进行对比分析,获得了缺陷漏磁场的三轴空间分布特性。结果表明,漏磁场三轴信号对平底孔的形状轮廓映射能力比对矩形槽的强,对于平底孔缺陷,径向漏磁云图能客观反映平底孔缺陷的形状和尺寸,试验结果与软件分析结果基本一致。所得结论对不同种类的缺陷识别和定量评估具有一定工程指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on the finite element analysis, a magnetic leakage detection model was constructed in the article, combined with the principle of three-axis sensor for magnetic leakage detection in the actual pipeline, and the spatial distribution characteristics of the leakage magnetic field of the defects were obtained by studying the leakage magnetic signals of the flat-bottomed hole and the rectangular groove defects in the three directions of axial, radial and circumferential directions. It was found that the triaxial signal of leakage magnetic field reflected the shape profile of flat bottom hole more than rectangular slot; for flat bottom hole defects, different chord lengths could reflect the signal change characteristics of triaxial to a certain extent, which was verified through experiments, and it had certain engineering guiding significance for a variety of defects identification and quantitative assessment.
