    槽式光热装置典型金属材料高温热循环工况下的声发射特性分析

    Analysis on acoustic emission characteristics of typical metallic materials of trough-type concentrating solar power device under high-temperature thermal cycling conditions

    • 摘要: 针对槽式光热装置高温热循环工况下声发射信号特征规律不清晰的难题,选取典型金属材料试件进行了不同温度下的拉伸试验,采集了拉伸试件在弹性、屈服、强化和颈缩4个阶段的声发射信号,分析了其历程分布情况,总结了声发射信号特征参数在热循环工况下的变化规律,旨在完善槽式光热装置在高温热循环工况下的声发射检测评价方法。

       

      Abstract: In response to the problem of unclear characteristics and rules of acoustic emission signals under high-temperature thermal cycling conditions of trough-type concentrating solar power plants, in this paper, a typical metallic material was selected for tensile tests at different temperatures, and the acoustic emission signals of tensile specimens in the stages of elasticity, yield, strengthening, and necking were collected. The distribution of their history was analyzed, and the variation rules of acoustic emission signal characteristic parameters under thermal cycling conditions were summarized, aiming to improve the acoustic emission detection and evaluation method of trough-type concentrating solar power plants under high-temperature thermal cycling conditions.
