Abstract:
In response to the problem of unclear characteristics and rules of acoustic emission signals under high-temperature thermal cycling conditions of trough-type concentrating solar power plants, in this paper, a typical metallic material was selected for tensile tests at different temperatures, and the acoustic emission signals of tensile specimens in the stages of elasticity, yield, strengthening, and necking were collected. The distribution of their history was analyzed, and the variation rules of acoustic emission signal characteristic parameters under thermal cycling conditions were summarized, aiming to improve the acoustic emission detection and evaluation method of trough-type concentrating solar power plants under high-temperature thermal cycling conditions.
