    储气库高压长颈法兰环焊缝PAUT+TOFD工艺应用及验证

    Application and verification of PAUT+TOFD process for high-pressure long-neck flange girth weld in gas storage

    • 摘要: 地下天然气储气库中高压注气管线的长颈法兰与管道连接的环焊缝服役于存在高压气体、各种复杂的应力和腐蚀介质的恶劣环境中,如果质量存在问题,可能会导致气体泄漏、爆炸等严重事故。与传统的RT和UT检测方法相比,PAUT+TOFD检测技术在缺陷检出能力、检测精度、分辨率、效率等方面有一定的优势。结合工程实际,从焊接接头结构特点、对比及模拟试块制作、检测工艺设计及验证等方面对PAUT+TOFD检测工艺进行了试验研究,验证结果表明该检测技术可为天然气储气库高压注气管线长颈法兰环焊缝的定期检验提供可靠的技术支持。

       

      Abstract: The circumferential weld connecting the long-neck flange and pipeline of high-pressure gas injection lines in underground natural gas storage reservoirs serves in harsh environments with high-pressure gas, various complex stresses, and corrosive media. If there are quality issues, it could lead to serious accidents such as gas leakage and explosion. Compared to traditional RT and UT detection methods, PAUT+TOFD detection technology has certain advantages in defect detection capability, detection accuracy, resolution, efficiency, etc. Combined with engineering practice, experimental research on the PAUT+TOFD detection process was conducted from aspects such as welding joint structural characteristics, comparative and simulated test block fabrication, detection process design, and verification. The verification results showed that this technology could provide reliable technical support for the periodic inspection of circumferential welds of long-neck flanges in high-pressure gas injection lines of natural gas storage reservoirs.
