    航空发动机涡轮叶片的DR检测工艺试验与应用

    DR detection process testing and application of turbine blades in aeroengines

    • 摘要: 射线检测技术是检测航空铸造零部件内部冶金质量的主要检测手段,而射线数字化成像(Digital radiography,DR)检测技术具有检测效率更高,更加经济环保,更易实现自动化检测等特点。以航空发动机涡轮叶片为试验对象,开展射线数字化成像检测工艺试验,进行了试验设备分析、涡轮叶片DR检测试验,并将检测结果与胶片射线检测结果进行了对比分析,得到针对某型航空发动机涡轮叶片的DR检测工艺。试验结果表明,某型航空发动机涡轮叶片的DR检测与传统胶片X射线检测的结果一致;采用DR检测技术进行叶片内部质量检测的效率更高,能够释放检测产能。

       

      Abstract: Radiography testing is the main testing method for detecting the internal metallurgical quality of aviation casting components. Digital radiography (DR) of radiation has the characteristics of higher testing efficiency, more economic and environmental protection, and easier to achieve automated testing. This paper took aeroengine turbine blades as the experimental object and conducted digital radiography testing process experiments. Through equipment analysis, turbine blade DR testing, and comparative analysis with film radiography testing, a DR testing process for a certain type of aeroengine turbine blade was tested. The results showed that the DR detection results and traditional film radiography detection results for a certain type of aeroengine turbine blade were consistent. The use of DR detection technology for internal quality inspection of a certain type of aeroengine turbine blade had higher detection efficiency and could release detection capacity.
