    CAP1000蒸汽发生器传热管与抗振条搭接位置的检测

    Detection of lap position between heat transfer tube and anti-vibration bar of CAP1000 steam generator

    • 摘要: 蒸汽发生器抗振条组件装焊完成后,抗振条组件与传热管间的接触状态无法进行直接测量。通过模拟传热管与抗振条的下插搭接情况,在不同的弯管半径处设置不同的抗振条搭接位置,并用涡流检验的方法测量搭接信号,分析得出涡流信号和搭接深度的关系和规律,所得结果可用于评估产品的传热管与抗振条的搭接情况。

       

      Abstract: After the steam generator anti-vibration bar assembly is installed and welded, the positions of some anti-vibration bars and heat transfer tubes cannot be directly measured. In this paper, through the actual simulation of the lap between the heat transfer tube and the anti-vibration bar, different lap positions of the anti-vibration bar were selected in different bend radii, and the lap signal was measured by eddy current test method. The relationship and rule between the eddy current signal and the lap depth were analyzed, which could be used to evaluate the lap condition of the heat transfer tube and the anti-vibration bar of the product.
