    蒸汽发生器传热管支撑板结垢堵塞的涡流检测技术分析

    Analysis on eddy current testing technology for blockage of tube support of steam generator

    • 摘要: 核电蒸汽发生器运行期间受到二回路腐蚀产物的影响,支撑结构位置会出现大量的泥渣堆积及结垢现象。常用的泥渣检测方法为视频检查,但由于传热管密集排列,该方法无法获得全面和准确的信息。基于试验探索出一套典型的支撑板梅花孔结垢测量方法及堵塞面积比的检测方法,该方法可以用于支撑板的结垢定量检测,为在役检查期间蒸汽发生器的维修及冲洗提供依据。

       

      Abstract: During the operation of the steam generator in the nuclear power unit, due to the influence of the corrosion products of the secondary circuit, a large amount of sludge accumulation and scaling will occur on the location of the tube support structure. The commonly used sludge detection method is video inspection. However, due to the dense arrangement of the tubes, comprehensive and accurate information cannot be obtained. Based on the experiment, this paper explored a set of typical measurement method of the clogging rate detection. This method could be used for quantitative detection of scaling of the support plate, and provided a reference for steam generator maintenance and flushing activities during in-service inspection.
