陶瓷基黏接件超声检测缺陷信号的处理方法
Signal processing method for ultrasonic detection defects of ceramic-based adhesives

摘要: 采用超声脉冲反射法检测陶瓷基黏接件时,受试件厚度及复合材料特性影响,换能器接收到的回波信号很微弱,容易被噪声信号掩盖,无法提取有效信息。为解决该问题,提出了一种改进阈值函数降噪方法并进行降噪试验。试验结果表明,所提方法可有效改善软阈值函数的恒定误差和硬阈值函数的不连续问题。相较于传统方法,所提方法对厚陶瓷基黏接件缺陷信号的处理具有适用性,不仅可有效保留厚陶瓷基黏接件的超声缺陷信号,且去噪效果更理想,去噪后信号的信噪比提升了约15%,噪声抑制比提升了约20%,且均方根误差最小,具有实际应用可行性。Abstract: When ultrasonic pulse reflection method is used to detect ceramic bonded parts, the echo signal will be weak due to the thickness of the specimen and the characteristics of the composite material, which is easy to be covered by the noise signal, and effective information cannot be extracted. To solve this problem, an improved threshold function noise reduction method was proposed. The experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively improve the constant error of soft threshold function and the discontinuity of hard threshold function. Compared with the traditional method, the proposed method can process the defect signal of thick ceramic-based adhesives.It has applicability, which can not only effectively retain the ultrasonic defect signal of thick ceramic-based adhesives, but also has a better denoising effect, the signal-to-noise ratio of the denoised signal is increased by about 15%, the noise suppression ratio is increased by about 20%, and the root mean square error is minimal, which is feasible for practical application.
