    基于小波变换和双边滤波的焊件射线图像降噪方法

    Noise reduction method of weldment radiographic image based on wavelet transform and bilateral filtering

    • 摘要: 针对传统阈值函数降噪效果不理想的问题,构造了一种介于软阈值和硬阈值之间的新阈值函数,解决了阈值处不连续的问题,并使大于阈值部分的估计小波系数逐渐逼近原始小波系数。同时,提出了一种改进算法,对经过小波变换的图像进行了处理,最大限度地实现了图像去噪,并保护了图像的边缘信息和细节。试验结果表明,与传统小波变换算法相比,改进算法处理后的图像峰值信噪比提高了28.3 dB,结构相似度达到了 99.1%,获得了较好的去噪和边缘保护效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the noise reduction effect of the traditional threshold function is not ideal, a new threshold function between the soft and hard threshold was constructed, which could solve the problem of discontinuity, and could make the estimated wavelet coefficient which was greater than the threshold part gradually approach the original wavelet coefficient. At the same time, an improved algorithm was proposed to process the radiographic image after wavelet transform, the utmost image denoising was achieved , and the edge information and details of the image was protected. Experimental results showed that compared with the traditional wavelet transform method, the PSNR of the processed image by the improved algorithm was increase by 28.2 dB after algorithm improvement, and the structural similarity could reach 99.1%, the better denoising and edge protection effects were obtained.
