    小接管焊缝缺陷交流电磁场检测方法分析

    Analysis of alternating current field measurement method for weld defects of small pipelines

    • 摘要: 针对小接管焊缝区域缺陷无损检测的技术需求,进行了小接管焊缝缺陷交流电磁场检测仿真,根据仿真结果设计了交流电磁场检测探头及信号处理电路,并开展小接管试件缺陷检测试验。结果表明,交流电磁场检测技术能够实现小接管焊缝5 mm长度缺陷的检出,有助于小接管的安全检测及维修。

       

      Abstract: In response to the technical requirements for nondestructive testing of defects in small pipeline weld zones, a simulation of ACFM for small pipeline weld defects was conducted. Based on the simulation results, a detection probe and signal processing circuit for alternating current electromagnetic field detection were designed, and the tests were carried out on small pipelines specimens defects. The results showed that the ACFM technology could detect defects with a length of 5 mm in small pipeline welds, which was beneficial for the safety inspection and maintenance of small pipelines.
