    基于DDA检测技术的带包覆层管道壁厚测定

    Determination of coated pipeline wall thickness based on DDA detection technology

    • 摘要: 以带包覆层管道为研究对象,结合数字探测器阵列(DDA)检测技术,对包覆层压力管道数字射线成像进行灰度分析。通过灰度一阶导数法对管道内外壁进行分割提取,继而实现带包覆层压力管道的壁厚测定。采用超声波测厚仪对DDA壁厚测定位置进行了验证,两者测量结果基本一致,所提方法具有一定的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: This study focused on coated pipelines and employed digital detector array (DDA) technology to perform grayscale analysis of radiographic imaging for pressure pipelines with coatings. Using the first-order derivative grayscale method, the inner and outer walls of the pipeline were segmented and extracted, and then the measurement of wall thickness in coated pressure pipelines was realized. The wall thickness measurement positions of the DDA were verified using ultrasonic thickness measurement, and the results from both methods were basically consistent. The proposed method had certain application value.
