    一种针对HRSG余热锅炉模块焊接环缝的数字射线检测系统

    A digital radiographic testing system for girth welds of HRSG waste heat boiler module

    • 摘要: HRSG余热锅炉模块的焊接环缝需通过行车起吊将模块放入铅房后经数字射线(DR)检测技术进行检测。检测时通过调整射线机的行程间距、平板及工装的偏移位置来获得合适的检测位置。检测合格后的余热锅炉模块可以从铅房内移出;不合格的进行返修,经再次拍照确认合格后,完成检测。针对余热锅炉模块焊接环缝的数字射线成像检测系统进行了分析,可促进数字射线检测技术在电站锅炉行业的应用。

       

      Abstract: The girth welds of the HRSG waste heat boiler module needs to be lifted by a crane and placed in a lead room, and then inspected by digital radiography (DR) technology. During detection, the appropriate detection position is obtained by adjusting the travel distance of the X-ray machine, the offset position of the flat plate and fixture. After passing the digital radiography imaging inspection, the waste heat boiler module can be removed from the lead room. Unqualified items can be repaired in the lead room, and after confirmation of qualification through further photography, the testing can be completed. This paper analyzed the digital radiography imaging detection system for girth welds circumferential seams of waste heat boiler modules, which was expected to promote the application of digital radiography detection technology in the power plant boiler industry.
