    输电线路耐张线夹端子板焊缝的相控阵超声检测

    Phased array ultrasonic testing of welding seams on tension clamp terminal boards of transmission lines

    • 摘要: 输电线路耐张线夹制造质量对架空输电线路的安全稳定运行至关重要,随着电网的迅猛发展,对输电线路耐张线夹的性能要求也在不断提高。针对输电线路耐张线夹角焊缝缺陷特征,提出了采用相控阵超声检测技术对角焊缝制造质量进行监督的方法。通过CIVA 软件进行声场及缺陷响应仿真,然后采用相控阵超声检测对典型的耐张线夹角焊缝缺陷进行检测试验,并对检测结果进行了验证和对比分析。试验结果表明,相控阵超声检测技术对该类角焊缝缺陷的检出能力强,是耐张线夹制造质量监督的有效手段。

       

      Abstract: The manufacturing quality of tension clamps for transmission lines is crucial for the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines. With the rapid development of the power grid, the performance requirements for tension clamps of transmission lines are constantly increasing. A method using phased array ultrasonic testing technology to supervise the manufacturing quality of angle welds in tension clamps was proposed based on the defect characteristics of angle welds. Acoustic field and defect response simulation were conducted using CIVA software, and phased array ultrasonic testing was used to detect typical angle weld defects in tension clamps, and the detection results were verified and compared. The results indicated that phased array ultrasonic testing technology had a strong ability to detect defects in this type of fillet weld and was an effective means of quality supervision in the manufacturing of tension clamps.
