    基于爬行机器人技术的管道内壁相控阵超声检测

    Phased array ultrasonic inspection of pipeline inner walls based on crawling robot technology

    • 摘要: 压力管道检测是确保工业生产可靠性的关键,为了延长管道使用寿命并预防安全事故,必须定期进行有效检测和维护。然而,由于管道内部空间狭小且传输介质有害,难以实施人工检测。传统的抽样检测和挖掘法存在稳定性、效率和准确性低的问题。开发了一种基于爬行机器人技术的管道内部相控阵超声扫描检测系统,解决了现有设备体积大、成本高、移动不畅和耦合不佳的问题。设计了一种环形相控阵探头,结合胶膜水囊耦合装置,进行了实际工业管道中的探头性能测试。结果表明,设计的探头灵敏度高,在厚壁管道检测中具有良好的信噪比,能够准确检测缺陷的位置和大小;设计的系统提高了管道检测的效率和准确性,满足了工业生产的可靠性要求。

       

      Abstract: Pressure pipeline testing is crucial for ensuring the reliability of industrial production, requiring high standards of safety, convenience, and efficiency. To extend pipeline service life and prevent safety accidents, regular and effective testing and maintenance are necessary. However, due to the confined space inside pipelines and the harmful nature of the transmitted medium, manual testing was difficult. Traditional sampling testing and excavation methods have issues with stability, efficiency, and accuracy. This paper developed an ultrasonic phased array scanning testing system for the internal testing of pipelines based on crawling robot technology, addressing problems such as large equipment size, high cost, poor mobility, and inadequate coupling. A ring-shaped phased array probe, combined with a membrane water bag coupling device, was designed and tested in actual industrial pipelines. Results showed that this probe had high sensitivity, good signal-to-noise ratio in thick-walled pipes, and can accurately detect the location and size of defects. This system improved the efficiency and accuracy of pipeline inspection, meeting the high demands of industrial production.
