    管道环焊缝数字射线检测图像处理系统开发

    Development of image processing system for digital radiography testing of pipeline girth welds

    • 摘要: 管道环焊缝数字射线成像(DR)检测应用中,焊接质量的检测与评定不仅取决于检测系统的硬件(如射线源、数字成像板等),还与质检人员的实操和评判经验有关,特别是在对缺陷进行评估的过程中,数字图像的后处理软件功能非常重要。基于长输管道环焊缝DR检测的行业标准要求,针对环焊缝检测图像的特点,研发了特定的图像处理系统,并提供各功能模块的详细解决方案。实际应用表明,该软件针对性和适用性强,可为长输管道环焊缝DR检测的评判提供方便、快捷的人机交互平台。

       

      Abstract: In the application of digital radiography (DR) testing for girth weld in long-distance pipelines, the detection and evaluation of welding quality not only depends on the hardware of the detection system (such as X-ray sources, digital imaging versions, etc.), but also on the practical operation and evaluation experience of quality inspectors. Especially in the process of evaluating defects, the post-processing software function of digital images is very important. This paper was based on the industry standard requirements for digital radiography testing of girth weld in long-distance pipelines. In response to the characteristics of girth weld detection images, specific image processing system were developed, and detailed solutions for each functional module were provided. Practical applications showed that the software had strong targeting and applicability, and could provide a convenient and fast human-machine interaction platform for the evaluation of digital radiography testing of girth welds in long-distance pipelines.
