    分液罐斜锥体夹套管纵缝不锈钢对接接头的相控阵超声检测

    Phased array ultrasonic testing for the stainless steel butt joint of the longitudinal seam of the inclined cone jacketed tube in the liquid separation tank

    • 摘要: 对分液罐斜锥体夹套管纵缝不锈钢对接接头进行仿真分析,经声场仿真分析得到初步检测工艺,再通过缺陷响应仿真分析优化工艺,在模拟试块上对优化后的PAUT检测工艺与标准射线检测工艺分别进行验证,并将检测结果进行比对分析。结果表明,优化后的PAUT检测效果良好,为分液罐斜锥体夹套管纵缝不锈钢对接接头的检测提供了一个有效的解决方案。

       

      Abstract: A simulation analysis on the stainless steel butt joint of the longitudinal seam of the inclined cone jacketed tube in the liquid separation tank was conducted. Through acoustic field simulation analysis, an initial inspection process was obtained. Then, the process was optimized through defect response simulation analysis. The optimized PAUT detection process and the standard radiographic inspection process were verified respectively on the simulated test block, and the detection results were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the optimized PAUT inspection process had a good detection effect, providing an effective ultrasonic solution for the inspection of the stainless steel butt joint of the longitudinal seam of the inclined cone jacketed tube in the liquid separation tank.
