    全自动汽车蓄能器焊缝检测设备的设计及应用

    Design and application of fully automatic automobile accumulator weld detection equipment

    • 摘要: 为提高汽车蓄能器的检测效率,根据蓄能器真空电子束焊缝的结构特点,设计了一套全自动汽车蓄能器焊缝检测设备。设备采用倒挂式夹持蓄能器旋转、探头固定、扇形扫描的检测方式来检测蓄能器焊缝。设计的开口导套式结构的多自由度探头夹具,能快速稳定地吻合不同种类和型号汽车蓄能器的扫查部位,检测精度高,并且核心零部件不用浸泡于水中,可靠性好;该设备可实现不同种类和型号汽车蓄能器的全自动上下料、全自动检测和全自动分拣,无需人工操作,检测效率高。对检测系统进行了实际生产运行的分析验证,结果表明该设备能快速高效稳定地对波纹管、隔膜和活塞等不同种类和型号的汽车蓄能器焊缝实现全自动超声成像检测,能100%识别出检测样品的状态。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the detection efficiency of automobile accumulator, according to the structural characteristics of vacuum electron beam weld of accumulator, a set of fully automatic automobile accumulator weld detection equipment was designed. The weld seam of the accumulator was detected by the inverted clamping accumulator rotating, the probe being fixed and the fan scanning. The design of the multi-degree-of-freedom probe fixture with open guide sleeve structure could quickly and stably match the scanning parts of different types of automobile accumulators, with high detection accuracy, and the core components did not need to be soaked in water, so the reliability was good; This equipment realized fully automatic loading and unloading, fully automatic detection and fully automatic sorting of different types and models of automobile accumulators, without manual operation and high detection efficiency. Through the verification of the measurement systems analysis in actual production operation, it showed that the equipment could quickly, efficiently and stably realize automatic ultrasonic imaging detection of different kinds and models of automobile accumulator welds such as bellows, diaphragm and piston, and could 100% identify the state of the detected sample.
