    搭接黏接薄壁圆筒的超声检测

    Ultrasonic testing and nondestructive evaluation of overlapping and bonding thin-walled cylinder

    • 摘要: 针对薄壁金属与薄壁非金属搭接黏结的薄壁圆筒的无损检测问题,提出了一种超声波多次衰减法检测工艺;设计并运用仿真模型,进行轴向拔断力(黏结强度)无损评价;研制了数字化黏结强度无损评价装置。试验结果表明,所提出的超声波多次衰减法是检测黏结质量与无损评价黏结强度的较好方案,可供同行参考。

       

      Abstract: For thin-walled cylinder with thin-walled metal and thin-walled non-metal overlap bonding, experimental research on the ultrasonic multiple attenuation method for detecting bonding quality was conducted, The application of simulation models for axial pull-out force nondestructive evaluation of bonding strength were designed and studied. A fully digital nondestructive evaluation device for bonding strength was developed. It was a better solution for detecting bonding quality and nondestructive evaluation of bonding strength and could be used as a reference for peers.
